Overview

The Director of Marketing, Strategy & Services Development will lead the strategic positioning of the company’s brand in the eMobility market, shaping its commercial and pricing policies, and driving product and service development. This role involves designing and executing commercial programs with eMobility partners, ensuring market share growth, optimizing service delivery, and boosting sales through effective marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines visionary leadership with hands-on expertise in commercial strategy, market penetration, and customer experience enhancement.

Responsibilities

Market Strategy, Penetration, and Commercial Policy Development:

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the global and Greek eMobility (EM) markets and competition systematically.
  • Develop strategies and policies to enter and succeed in the EM market, while assessing and managing associated risks.
  • Conduct research on customer needs and satisfaction for each product and service, alongside competitor activities.
  • Define go-to-market marketing strategies for product and service introduction.
  • Design and implement commercial and pricing policies, continually enhancing the customer experience by introducing innovative commercial service delivery methods and targeted pricing models to address competitive challenges.
  • Develop and execute the company’s EM marketing plan for B2B and B2C clients, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Communications Department.
  • Design and track the implementation of commercial plans and annual action strategies.
  • Manage and promote EM services directly or through partnerships.
  • Monitor commercial and qualitative outcomes of services, recommending and implementing improvements while measuring ROI for campaigns.
  • Define key data inputs for commercial communication strategies.

Product & Service Development:

  • Develop strategies and plans for expanding the product and service portfolio and upgrading their features.
  • Design, study, and launch EM products and services, ensuring optimal promotion and delivery to both new and existing users.
  • Develop commercial specifications for service offerings either directly or through partners in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with partners (suppliers, app developers, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational functions, identifying opportunities and prioritizing customer requirements to refine EM product and service strategies.
  • Enhance user experience (UX) through systematic evaluation and innovation.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and satisfaction to drive experience improvements.
  • Establish and monitor Management Information Systems (MIS) for departmental activities, providing periodic updates to leadership.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and support the development team for digital services and the operational platform, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Ensure team members receive the necessary training on operational processes, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a higher education institution. MSc in Marketing or Business is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar senior role.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of modern management and information systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of English.

Work Conditions

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
