Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational activities, including network operations and customer and partner service. This role ensures seamless functioning of the company’s systems, client satisfaction, and partner collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset and an ability to manage operational challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversight:

  • Maintain and organize company records and files.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide customer service support (1st and 2nd level).
  • Oversee contracts with partners, including preparation, completion, and dispatch of agreements.
  • Manage customer relationships and contacts.
  • Handle company transactions, including debt management and invoicing.

Network Operations Management:

  • Supervise and manage the platform for network monitoring.
  • Ensure effective user and partner support, resolving issues efficiently.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. MSc in Marketing or Business is highly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, excellent command of English.

  • Organization: Maintain well-structured workflows and documentation.
  • Response Time: Quickly address and resolve urgent operational issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of user satisfaction.

Work Conditions
