For the current customers, suppliers, partners of our company, the purpose of processing your data is only the execution of the contract between us and the observance of the tax legislation. The legal basis is the execution of the contract between us and the compliance with the underlying law. The retention period of your data is that defined by the tax legislation and after its expiration they will be deleted.

Prospective Partners – Customers – Suppliers

Regarding the potential partners, customers, suppliers, we inform you that your personal data (name, phone, e-mail, address, etc.) which you have provided to our company through digital or printed contact form, e-mail , telephone, etc. are intended to investigate the possibility of cooperation or transaction between us. For prospective employees, the purpose of receiving your CV is to evaluate your possibility of being hired by our company with a legal basis of your consent. Retention is 6 months and after its expiration they will be deleted.

Out-of-company data transfer

Transfer of your data outside the company is allowed if required by law (Labor Inspectorate, Insurance companies, Tax Office, etc.). Also to the computer and network technicians, computer software for the purpose of the computer support of the company as well as to any collaborator with the company for its smooth operation (such as Accountants, Transport companies, etc.)

Right to information
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold and collect from you.

Right of access – correction
Our company has the obligation if requested to give you access to the data we hold and concern you as well as to confirm whether your data is processed, the purposes of processing, data categories, recipients, etc. You also have the right to request a correction of the data in case they have been changed or entered incorrectly.
Reserve the right to complain to the supervisory authority if the available information has not been made available to you and you find out that there is a profile and automated decision making.

Right to be forgotten – delete
It is one of the flags of the regulatory reform effort.

You have the ability to object to the use of the processed data by the Company for the purposes of marketing and especially the profiling that is related to marketing.

Right to portability

You have the right to receive and transfer your data to a third party without any objection from the company as well as the possibility of direct transfer upon your request without your mediation.

What personal data do we collect and why
