Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Call Center Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing both outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell energy products and services. This role involves guiding customers through available offers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that foster long-term client relationships. Agents are expected to negotiate and close contracts effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

· Manage outbound and inbound calls to promote energy products and services.

· Guide customers on available offers and programs.

· Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

· Negotiate and close new contracts.

· Manage and renew client relationships.

· Provide information regarding bills, contracts, and charges.

· Handle complaints and deliver immediate solutions.

· Enhance customer loyalty through effective communication.

· Record and update customer data in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with other departments for optimal customer service.

· Achieve predetermined sales and contract targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree.

· At least 3-4 years of experience in related position

· Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
