Responsibilities
- Definition of control schemes and control/state diagrams for various control processes.
- Development of control algorithms for Hybrid Power Stations/BESS/Wind Turbines/EV Chargers.
- PLC programming in accordance with 61131-3.
- Control & SW integration of various subsystems grid inverters/solar inverters/batteries/etc.
- Implementation of various fieldbus protocols software functionality.
- Application development using C/C++/Python/NodeRED for various backend/frontend systems and prototyping tests.
- Development of SW applications and communication systems for IOT devices.
- Development of SW applications for factory production processes EV Chargers QC etc.
- Definition of HW specifications for projects with control systems including PLCs/IOs/Sensors/Actuators/Industrial PCs/etc and for embedded systems used in various projects.
- Testing and integration of various HW peripherals for EV Chargers.
- Commissioning & Troubleshooting of automation and control systems.
- Research on latest automation & control standards/methods/implementations.
- Modelling of Cyber-Physical systems using the Object Process Methodology(OPM).
- Simulation of wind turbine systems using Matlab/Simulink/FAST and HIL implementations.
- Implementation of various industrial communication protocols for control systems and remote data acquisition ModbusTCP & RTU/CAN/OPC DA & UA/MQTT/PROFINET.
- Remote supervision/troubleshooting/operation of hybrid power stations & wind turbines. Design and implement the backend infrastructure for SCADA systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related field and master in Industrial Automation.
- 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in defining control schemes and state diagrams for processes. Strong knowledge of PLCs. Familiarity with common fieldbus communication standards: Modbus TCP & RTU. Experience with hardware like Raspberry Pi (RaspPi), BeagleBone (BB), ESP32 for embedded system projects. Matlab/Simulink for simulation and modeling. Familiarity with HIL testing methods
- Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language.
