Overview
The Field Execution & Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new projects from the contract signing date through completion, including installations for the EW16 wind turbine, S4S energy autonomy systems, and other renewable energy solutions. Additionally, this role manages the Operations, Maintenance & Monitoring (OMM) team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction post-installation. The Field Execution & Services Manager ensures projects meet all contractual, technical, and quality standards while providing leadership for on-site teams and post-installation services.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Management:
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from the signing of contracts through the final handover, ensuring all aspects align with project specifications and timelines.
- Installation Oversight: Direct and manage installations of EW16 wind turbines and S4S energy autonomy systems, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Lead on-site teams, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordination with Clients and Stakeholders: Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring project transparency.
- Operations, Maintenance & Monitoring (OMM) Oversight:
- OMM Leadership: Supervise the OMM team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance, repair, and monitoring services post-installation.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and monitor operational efficiency to ensure ongoing system reliability for clients.
- Service Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of maintenance services, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Establish and manage preventive maintenance schedules to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that all project installations and maintenance services comply with industry and regulatory standards.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections of on-site projects and OMM activities to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and system maintenance, ensuring both safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in field project execution and services, ideally in renewable energy or a similar sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly wind energy and autonomous energy solutions. Experience in managing on-site teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language. Skilled in maintaining transparent and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

- Successful completion of project installations within agreed timelines and budgets.
- High performance and reliability rates of installed systems through effective OMM oversight.
- Customer satisfaction ratings post-installation and throughout the maintenance period.
- Adherence to quality and regulatory standards in both project execution and maintenance services.

Work Conditions
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Contract Type: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
- Location: Mandra Attiki.
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based.
- Remote Work: Hybrid workplace model, 1 day remote work per week
