Overview
The Product, Services & Platform Development Manager will oversee the strategic development and optimization of the company’s product and service portfolio, ensuring its alignment with market needs and the organization’s goals. This role also involves managing the operational platform for implementing and monitoring commercial programs in collaboration with eMobility partners. The position focuses on achieving market share growth, enhancing service delivery, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Product & Service Development:
- Define strategies and plans for the development and enhancement of the product and service portfolio.
- Design, study, and introduce new eMobility products and services, ensuring their promotion and delivery to both new and existing customers.
- Develop commercial specifications for service offerings, either directly or via partners, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external partners (e.g., suppliers, application developers).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational functions to identify opportunities and prioritize customer requirements, shaping product and service strategies accordingly.
- Design and continuously improve the user experience (UX) for products and services.
- Conduct systematic research to assess customer needs and satisfaction, driving improvements in service delivery and user experience.
- Define key inputs for commercial communication strategies.
Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Design and monitor MIS systems for relevant activities, ensuring periodic reporting to management.
Team Development:
- Lead and support the development team for digital services and the operational platform, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Ensure team members receive the necessary training on operational processes, safety standards, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a higher education institution. MSc in Marketing or Business is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of modern management and information systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of English.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Revenue from public charging and charger sales.
- Revenue from marketing services.
- Percentage of products and services delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Work Conditions
