Overview
The Public Sector Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the development of e-mobility through strategic partnerships with public sector entities and local authorities (OTAs) and driving participation in relevant public tenders. This role also involves undertaking special projects in collaboration with the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with public sector entities and local authorities (OTAs), while monitoring competitors’ activities and investment strategies.
- Develop proposals for new business initiatives in the e-mobility space involving public sector entities and OTAs.
- Conduct analyses, evaluations, and feasibility studies for e-mobility projects in collaboration with public sector stakeholders.
- Support preliminary business plans and feasibility studies for specific e-mobility initiatives in cooperation with internal departments.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed business plans for public sector projects, working with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate financial and technical analyses for public sector projects, ensuring the identification of optimal financing structures.
- Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals are secured for the company’s involvement in public sector initiatives.
- Monitor and manage implementation timelines for public sector projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Track, record, and evaluate all public sector and OTA tenders, maintaining an up-to-date tender pipeline.
- Lead and manage confidential special projects in collaboration with the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher education institution. MSc in Business or Real Estate is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally within e-mobility, energy, or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern information and management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of English. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

- Market share in public charging infrastructure.
- Participation rate in public sector/OTA tenders.
- Success rate in securing tendered public sector/OTA projects.
- Evaluation metrics for public sector/OTA project investments.
- Financial performance and profitability of public sector/OTA projects.
