Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding JOLTIE’s presence in the e-mobility market across Greece. This includes establishing strategic partnerships to advance public charging infrastructure projects and driving private charger sales to a variety of clients, both domestically and internationally. The role demands a proactive approach to business development, client relationship management, and sales channel optimization. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in sustainable mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and assess the competition in the e-mobility sector.
- Assist in formulating strategies for public charging infrastructure and private charger sales.
- Identify and propose new business initiatives, partnerships, and ventures in Greece and abroad.
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with potential business partners.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline for public and private charging solutions.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with prospective customers and partners.
- Support sales negotiations and assist in drafting business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales processes and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in public and municipal e-mobility initiatives to uncover new opportunities.
Sales Channel Management:
- Support the development and management of sales channels, including customer acquisition strategies and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement sales support tools such as contract templates and IT solutions.
- Monitor and manage the commercial aspects of partner contracts in coordination with the Finance team.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns for e-mobility products and services.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales targets for private chargers and public charging infrastructure.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market share growth to inform strategic planning.
Personal Development & Collaboration:
- Stay up-to-date on e-mobility trends and innovations through continuous learning.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of efforts and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher education institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within energy, telecommunications, or a related service sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of English.

- Revenue growth from private charger and public infrastructure sales.
- Development and retention of a robust sales pipeline.

Work Conditions
