Role Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Thessaloniki and team in Patras. If you are passionate about e-mobility and have a strong sales background, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Joltie’s innovative charging solutions in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Joltie’s footprint in Thessaloniki or Patras.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with businesses, municipalities, and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose tailored e-mobility solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Joltie’s EV charging solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights to management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and consultative selling.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy, automotive, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the e-mobility market and the evolving needs of clients in this sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
