Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement SCADA systems for our energy projects. HW for SCADA implementation.
- Create and maintain SCADA architecture, ensuring efficient data acquisition, monitoring, and control.
- Identification of most suitable equipment to perform required tasks.
- Implementation and specification of sensors.
- Design installations according to specification.
- Customize SCADA solutions based on project requirements.
- Experience with various database technologies and telecommunications.
- Creation of SW essential to SCADA operations and system management /historical data.
- Reporting of control methodology including hard data
- Understand hardware specifications and select appropriate components for SCADA systems.
- Work closely with electrical and automation engineers to integrate SCADA hardware.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly SCADA interfaces for operators and maintenance personnel.
- Design and implement the backend infrastructure for SCADA systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical /mechanical engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in SCADA system development (Wonderware, Siemens WinCC). Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI design, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3).
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office, MySQL, Apache/Tomcat, Webservices, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, VB.NET, Intusoft/ AVEVA, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, Siemens TIA portal.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language.

Work Conditions
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Contract Type: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
- Location: Mandra Attiki, rarely traveling to other sites if required.
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based with visits to project sites if needed.
- Remote Work: Hybrid workplace model, 1-day remote work per week
