The Joint Venture between EUNICE ENERGY GROUP (EEG) and Blink Charging in the official announcement of the States Department for the large investments promoted in Greece.

On the occasion of the signing of the scientific – technological agreement between Greece – USA (US – Greece Science and Technology Agreement), signed between the US Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo and the Minister of Development & Investment of Greece Adonis Georgiadis, in Thessaloniki on the 28th of September 2020, the US State Department issued a statement posted on the official US website Department of State. The announcement includes significant investments of the US interests that are promoted in Greece, while reference was made to the investment of Blink Charging for the promotion of eMobility and charging of electric vehicles in Greece.

Specifically, the announcement of the State Department states:

“US companies like Tesla and Blink Charging are entering the electric vehicle market. Tesla has a new research and development center in Athens. Blink Charging has developed a network of charging stations for electric vehicles throughout Greece.

In February 2020, Amazon Web Services signed a memorandum with Greece to promote innovation across the economy through cooperation in digital governance, digital infrastructure and cloud skills education. Greek engineers at Nokia collaborate daily with their American counterparts to develop solutions in the new generation telecommunications infrastructure “.
